Many rescue cats come from fear, abandonment, hunger, or pain. They know what it means to be unwanted. But when they are given love, patience, and care, they begin to trust again. They begin to rest. They begin to play. They begin to live, instead of simply survive. And in that process, they often help humans do the same.
